Keeping you informed about the progress of your order is important to us. There are numerous emails you may receive about your order.
Some of the emails you may receive are:
Thank you for your order - This email confirms that your order has been received and includes your order confirmation number. Please keep this email for your own records.
Your order has shipped - This email lets you know that your order has shipped and notifies you what items shipped and the tracking number for the shipment.
Backorder notice - This email lets you know that one or more of the items you ordered are on backorder and may list possible substitutes.
Unable to obtain credit card approval - This email lets you know when there is a problem processing your credit card. We'll send this notice twice before cancelling the order.
Billing address does not match - You will receive this email if the billing address that you provided does not match the records of your credit card company.
Duplicate order received - This email lets you know that we have received a duplicate order.
Your order has been cancelled - This email lets you know that your order has been cancelled.
If you don't receive any emails from us (particularly the order confirmation), please contact us. It is likely that the email address we have is incorrect.
