In the event that an item is unavailable or is taking longer than usual, we will put it on backorder. If you ordered multiple items, we will backorder the item and ship ahead the rest of your order.
If you have chosen Standard Shipping then you will not pay any additional S&H charges for backordered items. If more than one item is on backorder, then the backordered items will ship together.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. If we have an estimated shipment time for any backordered items it will be listed there.
