Shipping Time (the time from when you place the order to when it leaves our warehouse) depends on the availability of the items you ordered. The availability of each item is listed on our web site along with the item's description.
We will try to ship all of the items in your order together, so the Shipping Time for the entire order will be the same as the longest availability of any single item you ordered. For example, if several items on your order have an availability of "Usually ship in 2-3 business days" and one item has an availability of "Usually ships in 2-3 weeks" the entire order would ship in 2-3 weeks.
If you want to receive some items faster, we recommend splitting up the items into multiple orders. If you have already placed your order, please contact us regarding any changes. In the event that an item is unavailable or is taking longer than usual, we may backorder the item (and ship ahead the rest of your order) or we may ask you to reorder the missing item at a later date.
Shipping Time is listed in terms of business days and does not include weekends or holidays. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, the first business day would be Wednesday. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, Monday would be the first business day. Please allow for additional time during holidays.
